Service Description

Palm Beach Safety Swimming’s Adult & Me program is the perfect introduction to the water for babies 6 months to 18 months. Each month includes weekly 30-minute small group lessons (four per month), with a 3:1 ratio — just three babies and their caregivers per instructor — in a serene, private backyard setting. Our heated, saltwater pool ensures little ones stay comfortable while learning. These sensory-rich sessions build early water confidence, support motor development, and introduce multiple safety skills such as learning to kick, gentle submersions, turn-and-grab the wall, turn-to-float, supported back floating, and early breath control. All of this is taught through gentle exploration, music, bubbles, toys, and guided movement. It’s more than a swim class — it’s a chance to bond, grow, and create calm, capable swimmers from the start. This program prepares little ones for a smooth transition into private swim lessons as they grow stronger and more independent. In South Florida, early water acclimation isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.
